I was greeted on check in by David (who was also mentoring a new member of staff - seeing to other guests). My wait was minimal and was checked in very quickly.
Upon check out and I was again
greeted by David and raised an issue that I experienced during my stay, I was pleasantly surprised at how David dealt with my issue and I was more than satisfied with outcome and options that he offered. It was down to this service that I did not cancel by future booking at Jesmond and also the reason I am leaving a high rating.
I hope David's service is suitably recognised by the the hotels management, and is rewarded accordingly. He is a credit to the Hotel and as a former Retail manager, I was recommend a pay reward, to ensure he service skills are not snapped up by Holiday Inn competition.. [Less]
