Featured Buenos Aires Hotels

Stay at our Holiday Inn Express® hotels in Buenos Aires to explore graceful Beaux-Arts architecture and affordable museums. You'll soon be soaking in the street scene on the city's wide, leafy boulevards or relishing a tango performance at an atmospheric nightclub.

Known as the "Paris of South America," cosmopolitan Buenos Aires is a web of distinctive barrios (neighborhoods). Plaza Dorrego in San Telmo and Florida Street in Microcento are just two of many pedestrian-friendly areas convenient to our hotels in Buenos Aires. You're close to the National History Museum, a free collection of classical paintings in a 19th-century villa, and the Carlos Gardel Museum, which honors an icon of tango music. For the price of a quarter you can take an unforgettable ride on one of the subway's antique A-line cars.

Our Buenos Aires hotels make it easy to hunt for bargains in San Telmo and on Florida Street, where shops are nestled next to cafes. Sip a glass of robust Malbec from the vineyards in Mendoza and sample some of Argentina's famously tender beef hot off the parilla (grill). On weekends, Plaza Dorrego boasts the city's best market, rivaled only by those in Recoleta and Mataderos. Accomplished painters set up open-air studios on the streets, selling original works of art at starving-artist prices. Buenos Aires parties past dawn, and our hotels in Buenos Aires are close to old-school tango performances at Viejo Almacen and fashionable hotspots with pulsing DJ-driven sounds.

Book a room at one of our Holiday Inn Express Buenos Aires hotels to experience the city's round-the-clock zest for life. Come in August for the Tango Festival, or in March for SuperclÁsico matches, which pit the city's pro soccer teams against one another.

Very nice room, and good receptionists. Breakfast could improve.
By vlg98
* Staff at the reception (contacted by email, and later in person) are really helpful, friendly, and efficient. * Room was very nice, clean, quiet ( no noise from other rooms heard in my [More] room, some noise did come from the street traffic though I was in the 10th floor), the bed was large and had a very comfortable matress. * Water pressure of the shower was not too good, only set-back in the room. * At breakfast there was a nice large buffet choice, but: the orange juice was not tasty, the scrambled eggs were not hot enough ( even though staff had just brought them in), the bacon was also not good ( served in small cubes, which had too much fat), and there was one plate of "bondiola" slices which looked past its best time ( in fact, it had some suspicious brownish colour, no guest took any of those slices). Instead the ham and cheese slices , the coffee, bread, croissants and other pastries, were fine. [Less]

Attentive and amiable staff

Everything about our two stays, first one planned and booked in advance, the second one as drop-ins and totally unplanned due to a road closure. The staff recognized us and made it very easy to [More] re-check in again. really liked the early morning breakfast and the luggage storage. Only problem encountered was that upon doing the e-booking was that we signed up for E-offers which included an airport pickup and return and we could not get an indication as to whether that would be available or not till the last minute. Because we were on the road for a month with and without wifi, and this was our last stop, it was very frustrating. We finally had word that we would not get the e-offfer and an expensive alternative was offfered which we declined. [Less]

This Holiday Inn is one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The food was very good, also. I would highly recommend staying here! [Less]
For the most part a nice experience
By Tricia5150
My husband and I arrived for a four night stay. I requested an early check in as our flight landed at 5am. However, early check in is 10am. They were kind enough to let us check in when we arrived. [More] The room was spacious and comfortable. There was one bathroom with a separate shower, tub and sink and another had a toilet, bidet and sink. The wood drawers in the closet had an old musty smell. We had breakfast on the executive floor which is where we met Constance who was the nicest staff member we encountered. She was always willing to help and always had a smile. The hotel has a nice bar/lounge. The service at the bar was good. There is also plenty of seating in an area called the lobby bar where there are waitresses who come around to offer coffee or drinks. This was the only time during our stay when we had poor service. We would have to flag down a waitress if we wanted something and they would seem less than thrilled to help us. However we noticed they were very attentive to other people who looked like they were there for business purposes. Overall we had a nice experience. [Less]
