I have to say that they were absolutely fantastic. All of them.
I do not remember all the names, but here are some of the people I remember and their areas.
Marcelo, the reception manager, and the recepcionists Heber, Davison, Ge, Helen, This are the ones I talked the most. But all the others were very much friendly and corteous.
The bell boys,Felipe, Gabriel and Edhros. And the last I apologize if I did not spell correctly.
All the team from the restaurant and bar were seo friendly and at my request with the kitchen staff they were ready to make special meals for me.
I have to be honest and say that I stayed in more complete hotels around the world. But being a people's person and a teacher, for me above all is the feeling to be at home with a step family is the best. And the staff at the hotel took the role perfectly. I have to mention also the security team. Bruno, Ari and Glauber. Very nice indeed. They gave me a lot of tips about the city, and told me about places that a should be careful.
Another thing I noticed is the owner of the hotel. He was always around and very friendly with the guests. He seems to be a bit anxious though and that could put a bit of a strain upon the team. But apart from that I think I should say that my stay in Belém was much better because of all the staff at the Crowne Plaza Belém. and they should, each one of them, be congratulate for such professionalism, friendliness.
Please be known that, at any moment, they were to intimate or lack professionalism. They were just there for me and all the guests.
I would really appreciate if you could let them know that some guests really appreciate what they are doing. That would bring the best of them. And this will be translated in good reviews and consequently good revenue for your organization. [Less]
