Initial impression on arriving is good, the lobby is large and bright with very attentive and helpful staff at check in.
Room was clean, comfortable and well presented.
Stayed for 2 weeks on
business. Found the lobby area and also the ground floor bar / restaurant very cold. However to be fair it was the coldest time of the year and it's a big area to try to heat.
Shower in room takes a long time to warm up and temperature control not very responsive. But not so bad to have to complain. Room cleaning was perfect, always fresh and clean towels and accessories every day.
The available room tea / coffee products were not really very good, just little packs of instant coffee. In this day and age it would be better to give a little coffee maker with real coffee, but that's just me and my taste.
Room service meal quality not perfect, used room service a few times because public areas / restaurants in hotel too cold. Food was ok, french fries with food not cooked properly but was acceptable when hungry. Limited wine list in room service, but that's ok too, not a big deal. But what limited selection there was, half were unavailable.
A good addition to services would be a full spa facility. I would definitely have booked a nice massage a few times during my stay to help with aches and pains of working, but this hotel does not have that feature.
Overall, a nice hotel, well presented and in good condition. Staff were always smiling and polite and considerate and very welcoming. [Less]
