During my previous stay, I encountered something very unusual that the Chinese Restaurant in the hotel is offering 20% discount to Citibank Card Holders and NOT to in-house guests. After speaking with the restaurant manager, I am still not satisfied with HIS response. Therefore I feedback this to Mr. Kogi and he immediately went to have this resolved.
During my next stay, I just paid my dinner without bothering to ask for discount as in-house guest. Just not worth my time and effort.
I do hope the management takes note on this before most of your loyal in-house guest starts to dine outside the hotel instead. [Less]
