Used rewards points to stay here, nice staff, hotel was pretty nice. Only thing I would ding them on as there was a little mildew in the bathroom. Small amount, don't think the wife noticed, so[More] that was good for them.. :)[Less]

Parking for gest very expensive. this charge is unespected, since when you get the reservation and quote for your stay you don't take into consideration the high price you have to pay for the[More] parking.[Less]
Very friendly staff, good location , property needs some attention
Pleasant check-in, parking was a bit tight. Elevator was out the last 2 days but the property was compact enough that it was not a tremendous inconvenience. Brought up issues with the beverage[More] dispenser that the management will get back to me on[Less]
High Standards Exceeded
I have high expectations for IHG hotels. This Holiday Inn Express exceeded them. The manager, Jocelyn was available and active in seeing that the hotel was running smoothly.
