I enjoyed my recent stay at Holiday Inn Baton Rouge-South. The amenities in the room were excellent as was the comfort of the bed, covers and pillows. The temperature was comfortable and easy to[More] adjust as needed. The front desk were very friendly and I checked in with ease. The dining room staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating as was the food. I particularly liked the location which was close to shopping . I can't wait to stay at this hotel again.[Less]

Good location, well maintained, friendly staff. The room was nice but the air conditioner/heater was noisy. I had this room before and had the same problem. There are several nice restaurants nearby[More] and access to the highway is easy.[Less]
Nice Hotel, But ........
This hotel is getting several years old now and starting to show its age. Towels have been washed so hot that they feel hard and scratchy instead of soft. New ones are needed. Electrical outlets are[More] starting to get wore out so connection is not always positive. They need replacement. However staff is very responsive and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here as it is one of the nicest Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed in. Management needs to invest some money to bring it back to top quality as it used to be.[Less]
