Featured New Orleans Hotels

As a guest of one of our Holiday Inn Express® New Orleans hotels, you'll enjoy the rich history, great music and diverse culture and cuisine of Louisiana's most celebrated city.

Hop on the St. Charles Avenue streetcar and tour the beautiful Southern mansions of the Garden District or spend the day - if not your entire New Orleans hotel stay - wandering the charming streets of the French Quarter.
There's art and antiques on Royal Street, trendy boutiques and gift shops on Magazine Street and lively street performers and musicians in Jackson Square.
Enjoy a cup of chicory coffee and fresh beignets on the patio of Café Du Monde or duck into one of the Quarter's seemingly hole-in-the-wall restaurants for authentic Creole gumbo and spicy jambalaya. Bourbon Street can be a bit of a tourist trap during the day, but once the sun goes down, New Orleans' famous party district earns its reputation.

Enjoy sugary-sweet rum hurricanes and authentic New Orleans jazz as you dance the night away in Bourbon's legendary bars and clubs.

If you're willing to venture out of the city center during your stay at our New Orleans hotels, stop by one of the above-ground cemeteries.
St. Louis is the oldest (dating back to 1789), and its hauntingly beautiful tombs have been featured in major Hollywood movies and works of fiction.
Tour groups are your best and safest bet here; although, carriage tours of the cemetery can be a real treat.
New Orleans carriage drivers are all certified tour guides, and their knowledge of the city's history and culture, as well as their local flavor and spin are far better than any travel book.

Of course, this is only a sampling of what the Big Easy has to offer our New Orleans hotel guests.
Time your visit during Mardi Gras or Jazz Fest to experience the lavish and boisterous festivals that make this city so special.

Our stay was for one night only, but we wish we could have stayed longer. Every staff person we met was so friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite because of our platinum status. Our only [More] complaint was there were no towel racks anywhere in the bathroom and only one little bar of soap that had to be moved from the sink to the shower and back again. There was no bath gel nor hand lotion. I feel that if we had called housekeeping, someone would have brought us another bar, but since we were there for only one night I did not call. [Less]
Woderful stay
By Burff62
We stayed here after taking a cruise. We picked this location because of the location to all of the places that we wanted to see. There are two cable car lines right out side, and are a great way to [More] get around. The choices for food are unbelievable. Just walk down Bourbon St. and you can have any type of food you want. Walk a block over and there are all kinds of shopping. About a 15min walk and you are in the area of the French Market and St Louis Square. We will definitely stay here and recommend this hotel to anyone we know that are going to New Orleans. [Less]

By Abbys003
What a fantastic property!!! Food, atmosphere, location were all perfect. Our room was very clean and the bed was ultra comfortable. The parade came by the front of the hotel and we were able to [More] enjoy mardi gras with ease. Restaurant on property was delicious. [Less]
Friendly staff. Great service. Quiet.

The room was clean with no bad smells. Great temperature control. You heard no noise from the next door room. Housekeeping respected the Do Not Disturb sign on my door. Bar with grab and go food in [More] the lobby. A very friendly and professional valet staff. Would stay there again. [Less]
Great Stay!!
By CRC many travels
I stay in Hotels well over 200 nights per year. In the New Orleans area I have stayed more times than I can count. Crowne Plaza on Canal, Intercontinental on St. Charles, Crowne Plaza Airport, etc. [More] This location is great in that it is low profile and allows you to be out of the down town traffic but close enough to the Quarter that is a short Street Car Ride away as is the rest of the Garden District going the opposite direction. Best of both worlds! I have never stayed at this property before but will most definitely again. Easy Valet Parking on property, unlike downtown, so no wait on vehicle. With available public transportation you can be anywhere quickly and inexpensively. Great Staff too!!! [Less]

Convenient with great staff
By bobncat
Have stayed at multiple places when I often work in New Orleans and I must say that by far this hotel hits all the needs of comfort and quality. The staff greets you each time you enter the lobby. [More] The room is kept very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The bathrooms are kept very clean and sanitary. Parking is free!!!! There is a restaurant/bar that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is good with decent prices!!! So, when I leave the job I am doing, I can go up to my room, grab a cool beverage, make calls, go downstairs and get a good meal and a few adult beverages. Then I can walk to elevator, go up to room and enjoy the rest of the evening. Don't have to worry about driving to go out to eat. Thoroughly enjoy this location. [Less]
Great Hotel

The holiday Inn West Bank Tower is a great place to stay and relax. The hotel is located in a great position to maneuver in and around new Orleans. The bar and restaurant are fantastic and offer a [More] relaxing place to unwind. The staff are courteous and kind. I highly recommend this hotel for all of these reason to include the price. [Less]
