Featured Baltimore Hotels

Baltimore is a major center for both business and tourism in the Mid-Atlantic region.
And thanks to its close proximity to Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia, as well as Maryland's capital city, Annapolis, it's become an ideal destination for travelers seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, favoring, instead, Baltimore's charming neighborhoods and endless historic sites.
Make one of our great Baltimore hotels your base for exploring this fascinating waterfront city.

The harbor is the heart of Baltimore and where you'll find the majority of the city's attractions and entertainment options.

The National Aquarium and Maryland Science Center are popular with families, while a tour of the USS Constellation or Fort McHenry is sure to please any history buff.
There are lively restaurants and pubs up and down the cobblestone streets of Fells Point, and your Baltimore hotel stay just isn't complete without trying some delicious Maryland crab cakes or the area's lesser known specialty, the Coddie (a cod cake covered in mustard and sandwiched between two saltine crackers).
Delish!

Baltimore also offers a variety of cultural pursuits. There's performing arts in Midtown, as well as the lauded Walters Museum, which boasts an impressive collection of 19th century European masterpieces.
The neighborhood of Mount Vernon has been designated a National Landmark Historic District; be sure to see the original Washington Monument, which was designed by Robert Mills, the same architect who later went on to build the Washington Monument in D.C.
Round out your tour of the area with a trip to quirky Hampden and the famous - or infamous - Café Hon.
If you're staying at our Baltimore hotels in the summer, try to time your visit during HonFest.

This one-of-a-kind festival celebrates all things Baltimore, including the distinctive Bawlmerese accent, and features some seriously big beehive hairdos.

No matter which part of the city you find yourself in or which of our Holiday Inn Express® Baltimore hotels you choose for your stay, we're sure you'll be enamored with Maryland's Charm City.

The staff were awesome. We signed up for the 8am shuttle to a doctors apt ..My husband has a hard time getting in and out of vehicles and after the shuttle driver saw how hard it was for him, when he [More] came to pick us up from the apt, he brought a different vehicle that was much easier for him to get in and out of...We definitely appreciated them being so considerate.. Average stay

The first room on the 3rd floor was horrible. Foul smell / possibly a smokers room. The staff did a wonderful job and moved us to a fourth floor room and it was nice. Careful when you get a room that [More] smells. Our friends also had the same issue. They too were able to change rooms. [Less]
2 Nite Stay - FEB 2016
By GmaJoyce
I have stayed here many times for my business trips to the area. It's always been great. However, this time I was placed in a room on the 3rd floor that was right up against the elevator. I found [More] that every time somebody was in the elevator - there was a very loud clanging/banging noise in my room. It was a little disruptive in the evening and during the night. I will be sure to specify in the future that I do NOT have a room that is in that same location. Other than that, service, food - all were excellent as usual. [Less]
Excellent place to stay!
By mesoto
I was visiting Hunt Valley on a work related trip. I got their the morning of the Blizzard storm Feb 22. I did not stay the weekend since at work they mentioned I should go to a place where there is [More] a restaurant but I decided to drive up to NJ and spend the weekend at relatives home. My stay was great. I always like to stay at Holiday Inn special for the comfy beds and obviously the breakfast! Those cinnamon rolls are amazing! Oh did I say they have a Keurig in the rooms! *** [Less]
Great night sleep

after several days of fighting the snow, I looked forward to nothing but a hot shower and a full nights sleep. I received just that. My only negative was that the breakfast was plain average. [Less]
TOP OFTHE LINE PLACE TO STAY
By The endangerd specie
I was treated with care and the staff is very courteous and friendly. I had Shuttle service which I found very accommodating. I will always come back Your Hotel changed the way I originally thought [More] about Baltimore. I had a very terrible experience with one of the neighboring Hotels and I almost didn't want to go visit your City ever. The Down town Holiday Inn changed that horrible feeling. Thanks again, [Less]
