Featured Baltimore Hotels

Baltimore is a major center for both business and tourism in the Mid-Atlantic region.
And thanks to its close proximity to Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia, as well as Maryland's capital city, Annapolis, it's become an ideal destination for travelers seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, favoring, instead, Baltimore's charming neighborhoods and endless historic sites.
Make one of our great Baltimore hotels your base for exploring this fascinating waterfront city.

The harbor is the heart of Baltimore and where you'll find the majority of the city's attractions and entertainment options.

The National Aquarium and Maryland Science Center are popular with families, while a tour of the USS Constellation or Fort McHenry is sure to please any history buff.
There are lively restaurants and pubs up and down the cobblestone streets of Fells Point, and your Baltimore hotel stay just isn't complete without trying some delicious Maryland crab cakes or the area's lesser known specialty, the Coddie (a cod cake covered in mustard and sandwiched between two saltine crackers).
Delish!

Baltimore also offers a variety of cultural pursuits. There's performing arts in Midtown, as well as the lauded Walters Museum, which boasts an impressive collection of 19th century European masterpieces.
The neighborhood of Mount Vernon has been designated a National Landmark Historic District; be sure to see the original Washington Monument, which was designed by Robert Mills, the same architect who later went on to build the Washington Monument in D.C.
Round out your tour of the area with a trip to quirky Hampden and the famous - or infamous - Café Hon.
If you're staying at our Baltimore hotels in the summer, try to time your visit during HonFest.

This one-of-a-kind festival celebrates all things Baltimore, including the distinctive Bawlmerese accent, and features some seriously big beehive hairdos.

No matter which part of the city you find yourself in or which of our Holiday Inn Express® Baltimore hotels you choose for your stay, we're sure you'll be enamored with Maryland's Charm City.

favorite "go to "hotel in Baltimore
By Becki209
We always stay here when we have to go to Johns Hopkins Hospital. The shuttle is definitely a plus because coming from a small town,I don't care much for driving in big cities, The staff were great, [More] the beds were comfy, and the heater in the room actually worked. My husband has medical problems and freezes all the time and most of the places we stayed unfortunately had heater issues and it was hard for him to get warm and stay warm. Not here! On the downside, there really aren't many places around to get something to eat unless you take the shuttle to the Harbor. The new Casino next door has a few nice places but can be a little pricey.. Great Service

Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. Outside the weather was a blizzard but inside everyone was warm, friendly and very accommodating. Our cruise was a day late leaving because of the storm and [More] they were very accommodating and even helped us with some food. Shuttle service to the pier in the bad weather was very much appreciated. When we cruise again we will be sure to return to this hotel. [Less]

Hotel Stay in Baltimore
By Lisa16109
Our visit was great, the shuttle bus was a real pleasure for us, because drive in Baltimore is a nightmare. The breakfast was great and there was such a good variety of food available. The front desk [More] staff was great and we had a special request for a unscheduled time to John Hopkins and they arranged it so we could get to the hospital on time. The only thing I was disappointed about what I was not told about the $15.00 parking fee when I made our reservation. I really don't think you should charge a customer a fee to park their car in your lot while they are staying there. This is the first time I have ever had to pay for parking while staying at a hotel. Great Service
We enjoyed our stay at the holiday Inn Express, the staff made sure that all of my needs were met, and took great care of us. They extended words of encouragement as we had recently lost of a family [More] member. Thanks again to James, Dominic, Erica, Trina, and the entire front desk and housekeeping staff . Stan, Helene [Less]
