Great location, Friendly staff
Was in Boston for a graduation ceremony. Came a few days early to do the tourist thing. This hotel is in a great location for walking to many of the attractions. Staff is EXCELLENT. Close to
public transportation (North Station) which is easy to use. I recommend buying a "Charlie Card" for the T if you are going to be there more than a day or two (less than 25.00 and good for all T lines). I was in room 501 which faced the bars. Fortunately, I had a white noise on my ipad that helped to drown out the noise from the bars/streets. Being exhausted from all the walking I did helped too. Quality of sleep was fabulous. Room was a bit beat, but the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Breakfast was good and the young lady working the breakfast station was excellent! Overall, I recommend this property but download a white noise app to drown out street noise. [Less]
Absolutely loved the location of this place! The staff was wonderful.
Excellent Staff, Very Nice Room, Breakfast lacking
This is a very convenient location near the Garden, but getting there is challenging if you miss a turn due to construction and a crazy layout of one way streets. The staff was responsive and
friendly. The room and common areas were very clean and comfortable. We had a corner "suite" which was just one room that was efficient and well planned. There is construction going on across the street which we enjoyed watching. Machinery started up shortly after 8 a.m. on Saturday, which wasn't great, but we had things to do anyway. My only complaint would be that breakfast was all on styrofoam dishes and cups. Seems like in this day and age, there should be more environmental sensitivity as styrofoam is the worst possible environmental choice. I'm hoping they read this and correct the situation. [Less]
