Comfortable bed and great service

My husband and I just came here to get a good night's rest after a hectic weekend and before travelling back to Kansas City. We arrived around 11:00 pm, were greeted very nicely by the desk clerk, [More] quickly checked in and were in our room in a very short time. The room was very clean, bathroom was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The curtains kept the room dark, and we both slept very comfortably. The breakfast of omelets, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, juice and milk was very good. Checkout was simple. [Less]

Great place when flying out of Lambert

We decided to stay here as a snowstorm was to hit the next day, and we did not want to drive in the snow. And we picked it as we were allowed to park our car while we were gone. The people were [More] courteous and friendly. The hotel was undergoing some renovations, so there were people all around, but no problems. The kitchen and dining room were being remodeled, but they served meals in a room across the hall. Did not adversely affect the meal. They also offered room service, but we declined. The offered a free drink, which we accepted. The drivers that took us to and from the airport were very good. And our car was just as if it had been in a park and ride. Overall, it was enjoyable, and if we need to do this again, we will strongly consider staying here. [Less]

I stayed at the hotel for 7 days and ate the breakfast everyday. The chef,Jose and waitress Lea introduced themselves on the first day.These two employees made sure the food and service was AAA [More] Number 1. I tried something different every day and every breakfast was more than I could eat.You got what you paid for.Lea took the time to explain sites to see.These two employees made my stay enjoyable.I will go back to stay here everytime im in ST LOUIS. This was the most enjoyable hotel! There are three things that stand out- the people, the pool, and the beds! We were greeted at the airport by our driver, who had to wait in the very cold [More] temperature, while we retrieved something off the plane. Both morning and evening drivers were very polite and delightful. Upon check-in we were warmly welcomed and it was off to our room in a matter of minutes. The room was very clean and fresh, as well as the bathroom. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. We usually cut our trips short because we want to get back home to our bed, but we found we slept even better on the hotel bed! Because of the comfortable beds, we slept in one day, but the hospitality staff came by in the afternoon to refresh our towels, which ended up being a brief, but delightful visit. The pool was the perfect temperature for a frigid January weekend in St. Louis. The pool deck was a little cool, but the water was absolutely perfect, what all heated hotel pools should be. You can tell great care and pride is taken in the maintenance of this property. All of the staff is to be highly commended for a job well done. Thank you for treating us like family! [Less]

Love this hotel. Have stayed here a few times and i have always had a great experience. The shuttle driver we had (JD) was great, very friendly. Rooms are always clean. Great job by all the staff. [More] Only complaint i have about this hotel is there business center computers are not any good, every time i have been here they were not worth getting on. Also a little business advise - you mite want to go back to 24 hour shuttle or at least on weekends. Thanks for the great hotel [Less]
