Featured Albuquerque Hotels

Book a stay at our Holiday Inn Express® hotels in Albuquerque and kick up your heels in this vibrant desert city. You'll soon be sampling spicy salsa in an Old Town restaurant and watching colorful hot-air balloons float across the horizon.

Head skyward on the Sandia Peak Tramway, a mountaintop cable car offering lovely views of Albuquerque after dark, when the lights of the city twinkle and glow below. Our Albuquerque hotels are near the Albuquerque Museum of Art and History, which traces the city's early days in displays of silver Native American jewelry, Spanish colonial religious icons and iconic Southwestern landscapes by Ernest Blumenschein and Georgia O'Keeffe. Terracotta pottery and ceremonial dance shed light on contemporary Navajo life at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, near our hotels in Albuquerque.

From our hotels in Albuquerque, you're never far from the narrow, cobbled streets of Old Town, where the city was born two centuries ago. The Old Town Plaza is lined with adobe storefronts and casual restaurants tucked into nooks and passageways. Take your pick of green or red salsa at a patio cafe and dine on inexpensive Southwestern favorites like house-made enchiladas or mesquite-grilled chicken. Browse window displays of colorful kachina dolls and New Mexico landscapes at Old Town galleries. Look for good deals on silver and turquoise jewelry, hand-tooled leather belts and New Mexican spice mixes.

Stay at our Holiday Inn Express hotels in Albuquerque to experience the city's love affair with hot-air balloons. The cornflower-blue skies are filled with masses of colorful balloons in October during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, the world's largest ballooning event. Any time of year, the history of hot-air ballooning is the focus at the city's Balloon Museum, with 19th-century wicker gondolas and Victorian parachutes on display.

Stay for Business
By business traveler from Mo
I have stayed here many times for business and it is a very family oriented hotel. Also very good place to stay if you are staying for business for many days. [Less]

I slept better than at home I Love the pillows and I would Love to know what brand they are and if I can buy a set? I did remove the cover to see however it was branded Holiday Inn. If someone could [More] contact me with the brand I would greatly appreciate it. Excellent service!

I have a bad experience from other hotel one time. After that bad experience I promise never to stay in other hotels except the Holiday Inn. In Holiday Inn hotel they treat you like a special guest. [More] Staff are friendly and always wear a smiling face. They are so accommodating, courteous and respectful regardless of your color and race. The amenities and ambiance are great. The building, designs and furniture were up to date, its pleasing to the eyes and with a "class". I liked the room because its very spacious, beds are comfortable to your back, linens and towels looks new, fresh and clean. bathroom is sparkling clean and toiletries are available and smells good. I have two kids and the hotel facilities are "kid friendly". Kids eat free. Swimming pools are safe and clean. fresh milk are available in the pantry. Overall, I am satisfied with all my stay in Holiday Inn Hotel. [Less]

Relax after 13 hours on the road
By National Park fan2
After 13 hours of driving, this was a great spot to unwind overnight before our journey continued. We checked in upon arrival in ALBQ, then walked to a nice family restaurant across the street for a [More] leisurely dinner. The room was clean and quiet. We reserved the King Suite, so we had plenty of room if one of us wasn't sleeping so well. We needn't have been concerned - the room was quiet and the bed comfortable. This place is among our favorites as we pass through Albq. Sometimes we stay at other properties, but when we catch a good rate we prefer to stay here. Luckily, the Saturday rates are a great value. Happy to stay here again! [Less]
