Featured Brooklyn Hotels

Make yourself at home in our Holiday Inn Express® hotels in Brooklyn. You'll soon be strolling beneath the graceful steel strands of the Brooklyn Bridge, enjoying classic New York-style pizza and exploring historic neighborhoods.

Guests of our Brooklyn hotels head for the Promenade, the East River walkway with cinematic Manhattan views. The Statue of Liberty anchors the southern end of New York harbor, while the iconic skyscrapers of downtown Manhattan loom straight ahead. A short walk from the Promenade puts you at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge, the first bridge to connect Manhattan and Brooklyn. One block up is Grimaldi's, arguably the best pizza in all of New York City.

Our Brooklyn hotels are close to the Park Slope Fifth Avenue shopping and dining strip. Browse for Brooklyn-branded clothing alongside handmade jewelry, chic housewares and quirky children's toys. Scores of affordably priced restaurants fill the dozen blocks between Union and 9th streets. Take your pick from spicy Thai, five-star Italian, or laidback Spanish tapas. Take an evening stroll along the streets east of 5th Avenue, each lined with historic brownstone houses, before settling into a local bar for a pint from the Brooklyn Brewery. Unwind in Prospect Park, just a quick subway ride from our hotels in Brooklyn. Circle the park on the jogging and biking paths, or join a pickup game of Frisbee on Long Meadow. Prospect Park's Bandshell hosts major concerts during the summer-long Celebrate Brooklyn festival.

Stay at our Brooklyn hotels to discover a new side of the city no matter the season. In winter, there's ice skating at Prospect Park's outdoor rink, and sledding and tubing after a good snowfall. The adjacent Brooklyn Botanical Garden explodes in pink and white flowers for the April Cherry Blossom Festival.

Great staff
By jjlp
The front desk staff were professional. Though, the hotel itself felt bit old and small. Pretty content with the full breakfast, free parking and free WIFI in room. [Less]
Quick, friendly staff, clean rooms
By RM003
The front desk was very responsive to my needs. They answered any queries I had, and when I ran out of toothpaste, provided some along with other toiletries I requested. The internet service was [More] also easy to use and didn't require me to jump through hoops like a lot of other hotels' systems do. [Less]
Excellent staff

Truly a Holiday
By Goshen Grad
I had minimal expectations for the Holiday Inn Express and was pleasantly surprised with maximum service and a most comfortable stay. All staff were considerate and attentive, without exception, and [More] I was pleased that my room was quiet despite overlooking the street. Best breakfast I have had at similar hotels, with the only complaint that there was not enough seating for everyone, since all guests were enjoying the breakfast. [Less]
Good location, comfortable.

My stay was to work 3rd shift for a contractor. My room was clean and I was able to have a great breakfast upon returning to the hotel in the morning and sleep came quickly and undisturbed. [Less]

Great hotel near JFK airport
By ZK26
We stayed at this hotel for one night after a long flight. Everything went well. The young woman at the reception desk was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast (at 5 am) [More] was very good. WiFi and parking were free. We will certainly stay there again. [Less]
Decent hotel
By EOlkha
I stayed at this hotel several times. reasonable experience each time. Last time the week of Jan 25 was no different... almost... This is an airport hotel... JFK airport... and considering this - the [More] hotel is above par of most large airport hotels - convenient location, that does not hurt comfort, clean common areas as well as the rooms I stayed in... super professional and courteous Staff... I had a car and parking arrangement and availability was good... did I mention the Staff? - yes, super!... however - there were a couple of things that were different, or as they say - below expectations... One - when you frequent the chain and have certain relationship (like Spire status) - you get accustomed to getting upgrades without even asking... This time - I didn't ask - I didn't get.... my fault.... or perhaps - there were none available... again - I didn't ask - I wasn't told... my fault... Two - the breakfast area is really small (did I say this is a JFK area hotel?), so it does get busy in the mornings, which results in a very limited sitting - you know, travelling families with kids, taking three or four tables, or more... which is fine - it is what it is... but - there is a bar-type ledge alongside a wall, that is often used by patrons at the breakfast time, but there is no stools or anything to seat on.. so it makes it a standing "fast-food" type breakfast... and quite frankly - ruins it, as the breakfast itself is a pretty decent quality and choice... adding a few high stools or chairs would make it up... All in all - I would probably never made a note of this, if not for my last morning, when there was a person, who was circling the tables in the breakfast area, and who I overheard introducing himself as a new property manager, and who was being so friendly to people seating at the few available tables and such, and who completely ignored the few, standing at the ledge, trying to do their best to consume their meals in comfort, that did not exist...
