New Go-to Hotel In Raleigh
By Ding Dong Daddy
I work in Raleigh several times per year. My previous hotel no longer honors state government rates, so I tried this place out. I had no idea they had full kitchenettes in each suite and gas grills [More] for guests with utensils. Nice, quiet stay even though a major construction project is going on next door. The Crabtree Valley Mall is within walking distance, as is the Crabtree Creek Multiuse Trail. There are grocery and drug stores within 3 miles. 15 minutes to downtown, even in morning commuter traffic. The only improvements I could see would be a large TV in the suites and more reliable internet. The internet would drop occasionally, and when I left and came back, I had to sign in again. At other hotels I have stayed in, the internet picks up without signing in if you are using the same device. The staff was very friendly. They had my room keys ready when I got there and early checkout was a breeze. I wish other hotels would do these things. Even with the front desk not being staffed from 11 PM to 7 AM, they were more efficient that most other hotels. I highly recommend this property if you are in the Raleigh area for business, sports event, etc. [Less]
Family visit
By laghh
We have stayed at this facility time and again because of its proximity to our family in Apex, NC and feel like we are always welcome guests. The facility is very clean and comfortable and has all [More] the amenities we need with the fitness center and free laundry and free coffee. Parking is never a problem. We buy our own food at nearby grocery stores and cook our own meals. Therefore, we do not use the Community Cupboard, but we have noticed that many healthy food choices are available for families with children. We now know virtually all of the staff members--including the cleaning and maintenance personnel--and find them to be like old friends we are coming back to see for a couple of months, in addition to being with our family. It is and always has been a very enjoyable experience to stay here. [Less]

Surprisingly beautiful setting, relaxing overnight
First, the location and atmosphere is wonderful. The Inn is set away from other businesses (even though right next to the interstate and Hillsborough amenities). The Inn is set into a natural [More] landscape of that includes many trees. For us, that contributes greatly to a relaxing stay. The proprietors are very professional and friendly. Check-in is a pleasant experience. The room is very clean and comfortably ready for our arrival. We had a very restful sleeping experience. The breakfast offerings are complete and delicious, and checkout is a breeze. [Less]
