This is ridiculous.
I cancelled another review of a different hotel for this very reason. You already have sufficient responses to the quality of our stay and the problem we encountered. Why do you require 50
charachters in this field when you already have more than enough data throughout the rest of the survey? The hotel overall was good, as indicated by the numerous responses I have already provided in the survey. Our sons' room was not ready at check in time, so they could not use the room to get ready for the wedding. We had to rush and use one room for 4 people to get ready. As I stated before, this was unacceptable. There is nothing your staff could do beyond that point, there is nothing you can do now, and NO, I do not want to be contacted about the issue. [Less]
