While Alyssa, at check in made me glad I chose this property, at check
out, when I asked for the email of the GM, I was told by the aloof check out clerk, that she, unlike all other GMs I have reached out to, did not allow her email to be shared. This is contrary to the IHG customer service oriented experience I have encountered during several decades of visits and unlike my recent stay at a competitor's property, where the GM sought me out to assure that my stay was satisfactory. While I will certainly continue to stay in IHG properties, I will not repeat at this one. [Less]
