The hotel exceeded all our expectations but one. We thought from the website that it was in a suburb of Roseburg, which turned out to be twenty miles away. I blame the Holiday Inn central reservation
system for this error, not the hotel itself. We called the hotel itself to make the reservation, and were immediately handed off to a centralized system, where they had no personal knowledge about the location.
The good news is that the central reservation system had the wrong military rate, which was discovered by the hotel at check-in, and corrected (lowered). [Less]
