My wonderful stay and service
By THUNDA58
I would love to express my gratitude for the service that I encountered during my first stay at your location. First impressions go a long way and are often remembered. I had the pleasure to meet two [More] wonderful young women by the names of Ms. Megan and Ms. Rachel. Upon entering the Holiday Inn Conference Center in Lehigh Valley, I had nothing but great respect for those women. They were both the best reservation specialists that any establishment could endure. I really enjoyed my check -in process. They were very courteous, patient, helpful, hilarious, and most of all professional. You can't ask for a better pair of reservation specialists. The Hotel is very attractive. Starting with the lobby which is very spacious. The rooms are also 5 stars. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was pleasingly clean, and the floor was very satisfying also. I couldn't find anything that I was disappointed with during my stay. If you're ever in the area, this is the place to visit. [Less]

Wonderful Service
By Debgen1
I just wanted to commend your staff, particularly Natasha, the night manager. She was so upbeat, courteous and a great example of customer service. I arrived at the hotel late last night to find a [More] smiling friendly face welcoming me in such a nice manner. She was that way with everyone and it was a breath of fresh air. My experience at the hotel since this has been my second stay was wonderful. Only one exception, for me, the heating, cooling vents were really loud. Other than that everything was excellent. Breakfast was great also. Thanks for doing a great job and providing good training to your staff and value to your customers. Debbie G. [Less]
Comfort when away from home
By Penguin11
This hotel is the closest one to work when I travel. So, it's good that the atmosphere is gorgeous. I love the stair case :) I would like to see a better variety of food offered on the menu though [More] and to be honest with what the food actually is; ex...when you say "fresh calamari" - that doesn't mean breaded and previously frozen. All in all, the food is tasty. I would also request that the gym open at 4 -5 AM instead of 6am - most business people need to be at work and need to shower before work. 6am opening for the gym is much too late - especially in comparison of other Holiday Inn's where the gym in open all night. Very inconvenient. I do like this place though. Staff is always friendly and helpful. [Less]
Comfortable, friendly and convenient
By LGF Horses
I stop at this hotel overnight before traveling into NYC on business the next day. It is easy to get to from Rt 78 and a quick drive into NYC. It is quiet and safe and clean - all that I need for a [More] relaxing overnight stay after a long drive. It is also convenient to shops and restaurants that I enjoy. The staff is very friendly and they allowed my two small dogs with no hassles. [Less]
