2 days post 2016 Snowstorm
By uncleGdog
Everything was very nice. I understand 32" of snow is quite a bit. But Your snow removal guy for the parking lot should have spent some more time on clean up . Only had about 1/2 a car stall to park. [More] It got really tight in the evening. [Less]
Location and Breakfast
We were especially pleased with the larger bathroom in this hotel, as well as the way the room was organized, which a semi-separate sitting area. Good, easy-to-find location, very helpful staff. [Less]

Hotel was quiet. The staff was great!! Karen and Amanda were wonderful! The maintenance guy Alanso was nice, he shoveled some of the other guests cars out of the snow. Carlyne and Jen did an [More] excellent job keeping the hotel nice and clean even with the blizzard! I will be staying here again. [Less]

My stay was wonderful except the thermostat was not working properly, I should have told a staff member right away to get it fixed. [Less]
A bit over priced for area but great hotel
By rdennis2
I really don't spend a lot of time in the room when I am working. Rooms never have enough hangers. Internet is slow and drops out. The room I was in the under the bathroom sink was terrible stained. [More] I still think the hotel is a bit over priced for the area and really don't understand why the rates change from night to night. Other than that, great hotel. Breakfast area staff is always very friendly when I am getting my coffee. [Less]
Very Nice Stay
By NYSEMT
My daughter and I stayed at this hotel as we were going to the Crayola experience. We were greeted when we arrived, we were able to get our tickets for crayola ahead of time, and even got a discount [More] coupon for the olive garden for dinner on the night we arrived. The staff was fantastic and could not have been nicer. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. [Less]
