Just the name Memphis conjures up images of Elvis, street corner musicians, barbecue joints and a heavy dose of Southern hospitality unlike anywhere else. Experience the magic, energy and excitement of this amazing city from one of our Holiday Inn Express® Memphis hotels.
Spend the day on historic Beale Street, a nearly two-mile long entertainment district that runs from the Mississippi River to East Street. It's packed with bars, blues clubs, restaurants and shops. Of course, no visit to Memphis is complete without a visit to the home of the King of Rock 'n Roll. Elvis Presley's Graceland is the most visited private home in America, second only to the White House. Another must see during your stay at one of our hotels in Memphis is the Peabody duck march. Every morning and evening, five ducks journey from the roof of the Peabody Hotel to the fountain in the lobby - quite a sight to behold! If you're looking to do some shopping, you'll find no shortage of places to do it. From downtown to uptown and every place in between, you'll find plenty of shops, ranging from high-end to quirky.
Those looking for a little culture will love the many museums, including the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art, Dixon Gallery and Gardens, National Ornamental Metal Museum, Memphis Botanic Garden and much more. We're excited to be your host as you discover this historic city. Book your stay at one of our hotels in Memphis today.

The people at the hotel, whether they were behind the front desk, worked in the dining area or maintained the room were all very nice and always said hello or wished me a good day. They made me feel[More] like family.[Less]
Great Service, Nice Staff
The room that we were booked in, the heating unit was not working properly and it was very cold in the room. They promptly moved us to a different room down the hall and offered to help us move all[More] of our things that we had just unpacked. The staff was really nice.[Less]
Lovely employees. Always there with a smile.
Stayed there for 5 nights during the IBC. Great rooms, great location and awesome staff. Had breakfast there every morning. E.P. the King is the bomb. Can't wait til next year! See you then.[Less]
We found the Holiday Inn very comfortable.
We were there for a music festival and spent a lot
of time out of the hotel. But the staff was very friendly
and helpful. I felt they tried hard to make our[More] stay
as good as it can be. I will add that two time, our
Uber drivers had a hard time with finding the
hotel which I found odd. I would definitely stay
here again, and I hope it is soon!![Less]

This hotel is a good place to stay as far as proximity to music and restaurants. Everything is fairly clean and comfortable. The only problem is that the walls are thin. We could hear the band in the[More] room next to ours practicing for the blues contest until the early morning hours.[Less]
