We do enjoy Holiday Inn Express. When we checked in, there were dozens of high school girls in the lobby, in town for a drill team competition. It crossed our mind that a group of excited kids might
make for a noisy night. That was not the case.
However, the parents of the baby who let the child run and run and run after 9 pm and before 8 am showed great disregard for other guests.
When we went down for breakfast at 8:30 am, food was scarce but people were not. Poor planning knowing the place was full. We went elsewhere for breakfast.
Finally, it's about the paper. I've said this before in evaluations. It is probable that a "bean counter" showed how, on a corporate level, money could be saved by purchasing less expensive, single ply toilet tissue and facial tissue. The total experience would be so much nicer without cheap paper. This just doesn't match the fine quality of your beds and pillows.
