The room was quiet and comfortable at the back of the hotel. The only minor issues was the quality and reliability of the Wifi.

Unfortunately our visit to this wonderful city was to deal with the death of our dear uncle so you can imagine it was a bit of a sombre moment for us. However the stay was made all the better simply because of how we were welcomed at reception by two lovely young ladies who booked us into our room in no time at all and with no fuss. The room was immaculate and the overnight stay was lovely and warm and relaxing a very comfortable evening. The breakfast was every bit as good and at check-out although reception was very busy we were dealt with speedily and effectively. I can only say I will most certainly be back and I would recommend this hotel and staff to anyone with no fear of disappointment.

As previously mentioned I have travelled the world over the past 60 years. Staying in many 5 star properties. Cairo Paris London Peking etc. No where have I found such a charming hotel property.
It is smaller and far more comfortable and welcomimhg than some of the many larger properties I have stayed in.
Polite, friendly knowledgable staff. Great Bar Great Breakfast ( Included in cost) Free morning News paper.
For people new to Aberdeen it is located within walking distance of many venues. one Block of the main street ( UNION ST). Public transport clean and available within a minute walk. All in all a wonderful happy experience. Last but not least if you travel with a dog. They welcome them with open arms.
Thanks again HIE Chapel St
