This place should not have an HIX franchise.
The place is old and dirty. Our room had something on the bathroom floor that I could not wash off, but did get a wash rag full of dirt. A fair size spot was sticky and would not come up.
The furniture was dirty and stained. It sould be replaced or at least cleaned. The same goes for the carpet.
We only stayed there bcause of Priority Club, and for only one night.

Thought it was a good hotel, it was clean. I didn't like the idea of no restaurants close enough in a safe walking distance. We had to drive even tho it was like a block away. The hotel is in situated in an old section of the city and the parking is very crowded. The old abandoned building is a little scary.

I have stayed at this hotel 2 other times and I do not like to do surveys but the last time I stayed here will be my last. I felt like while checking in the lady who checked me in was not a nice person and made it seem like I was a bother to her for wanting to stay there. If I had not had a long day and was very tired I would have went some place else and told her that in the future I would not bother her by staying at this hotel.

Good location and very helpful staff. Room is very basic but ventilation system very noisy. Convenient shuttle. Pool water and hot tub water not warm enough. Reasonably good choice at complimentary breakfast.
