Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Good bathroom and space to unpack if needed.
Very central location and the adjacent car park is only 10 euros per day.
Staff were very helpful with getting on wifi and recommendations.

We stay here a few times a year, just an hour south of calais so its ideal stopover if you are driving to Spain
Staff are always friendly and accommodating, the location is right next to the station so easy to find.
there are very many restaurants within 10 mins walk and the town itself is charming
dont tell too many people about this place please!

I've stayed here before, but forgot just how huge the bedrooms are! Well appointed and internet friendly. The staff were simply excellent and so helpful even when the water was off city-wide! They arranged a meal in a local restaurant and were still working in the bar til quite late offering service with a smile. The location is excellent - right next to the railway station and only a short walk to the centre of Arras. There is free on-road parking outside until 9.00am too! Brilliant stay - coming back in June!

The room was exceptionally clean, very quiet, with all the amenities I needed.
Breakfast was first rate, especially loving the freshly squeezed orange juice.
Friendly, helpful staff.

Excellent hotel for visiting the area, very well positioned for exploring Arras & for restaurants etc. Easy to find from the motorway and parking (10 euros) very convenient by the hotel.
Staff very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay

In the past we have stopped over in Kent but decided on this trip to sample a night in Arras which would enable us to get to Euro Disney earlier the following day.
The hotel was as expected, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and myself, wife and 10 year old daughter had a thoroughly enjoyable night visiting Arras.
The town was all dressed up for Christmas with it's Christmas Market and we enjoyed the local hospitality.
The breakfast was enjoyed by all before we embarked on the 1 hr 30 min trip to Euro Disney.
The only downside was the lack of an evening meal in the hotel although as we wanted to sample the real France we were not put off staying at this hotel again.
If we go to Euro Disney again I'm afraid Kent will have lost our custom to Arras.
