I was in town for a 5 day conference and had a uniquely positive experience with different hotel staff every single day. I was pleasantly surprised by how consistently they found ways to check on my stay, engage me in conversation, and assist me in ways I hadn't even gotten around to asking about yet. From restaurant recommendations to airport shuttle service to conversations about Atlanta, the staff made an otherwise uneventful stay pleasant and refreshing. Thank you.

Stayed at this location on August 17th. Hotel was good, clean, elevators were crazy small, almost claustrophobic. Biggest concern was the parking garage that the hotel uses. Adds twenty dollars to the cost of the room. The parking garage was about one block from the hotel. Hotel parking was on the 4th and 5th floors. This would not have been a problem except that the garage was very very small. Ramps up and down were tiny. If one car was coming down the one going up had to back down. Signs said to blow your horn when coming down. I quickly saw why. The parking garage was dirty, with many broken windows. My vehicle, a GMC acadia almost didn't fit in the garage and barely fit in the parking spaces. Little manuverability in the garage. Due to this parking garage I would not recommend this hotel, unless you will not have a vehicle to park.
