This star was a total disappointment. There were 4 in our party and we had made reservations for a king suite w/a roll-away bed. To say this hotel was not ready for us is an understatement. We were assigned a room with a king bed, no sofa sleeper and no roll-away. Got a new room, Had to call for towels (there were none), again for bedding for the sofa bed and pillows, and again to remind them to send up a roll-away. The roll-away was horrible. Springs on the mattress could be felt through the bedding, was told no others available. The guest using the roll-away got no rest at all. Also, the room was hot because the a/c would not cool off the room, and the TV had a black line running through the picture. We did make our complaints known to management and while we got the linens and bedding, the stay was not enjoyable at all. We travel a lot and this stay was unacceptable. We will not stay at this hotel again in the future.
