THE STAFF WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND IN ORDER. THE BREAKFAST WAS AS EXPECTED AND THE STAFF WAS VERY POLITE. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

The man on duty at check in was the same person with whom I made our reservation a couple of weeks prior. Not only did he remember our conversation but was very attentive in our conversation both when making the reservation and at check-in. We had stayed at this location previously and will do so again when in the area. Also the lady who was taking care of the breakfast chores was very good and checked on the guests needs while there. Great service both by her AND the man I spoke of earlier. At check out, the lady was very nice also. Result--a great stay--thank you

When arrive there was no one at the front desk and a sign stating that they would return in 10 minutes, although there was no start time. When he returned the phone was ring and I thought he handled the called a little rough. We were not greeted as a rewards member, due to he did not have us put down on one. I gave him my number and he then offered me a gift bag etc. I would think that the person behind the desk should alwasy ask if the customer is a reward memeber or not. If they are not that would be a open door to tell them about the program.
