Holiday Inn Express did a great job accommodating my extended family during my wedding. The staff were helpful, especially during our initial planning stages when we were trying to figure out where all our guests could stay. Also note: this hotel is roughly 15-20 minutes away from Serendipity Garden Weddings, as well as the other wedding venues in the area. Holiday Inn is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED should anyone be involved in weddings in this area.

The front desk staff seemed to be more interested in telling me what they couldn't do for me than what they could. They stuck me in a room facing the highway and near the stairs exit door. Told me the only rooms with microwaves and refrigerator were Jr suites. Just all around not very accommodating in their manner. Several days walking in or out with no greeting whatsoever while looking directly at me. Made my stay in a nice room not very nice. I have chosen holiday inn because I thought I would always get good to Great customer service and a good nights sleep.... The customer service failed at this location.

We had a very nice stay at this Holiday Inn Express location. I was pleased with the staff as well as the room. Wish we had a fridge to keep our drinks cold, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience.

We appreciated the the hotel staff and their pleasant, professional manner. The location of the hotel made it easy regarding access to the freeway, shops and dining. We recommend this hotel and will plan to stay there again in the future.

There was an electrical outage. The staff and the property were not prepared for the event. No compensation for the lack of service was given. (i.e. no air conditioning, no breakfast, etc. and they did not offer any discount for the lack of service)
We were required to sign a "no noise" policy at check in that was very offensive to us. I have never had to sign a statement that I would not make noise at a hotel in 50 years of staying at hotels.
