WE stayed for 3 nights in this hotel , its pretty locatable to all main shopping centres , rooms are pretty good and particularly staff are ready to help you all the time. I really appreciate one of the staff over thier Ms. Nicole who from the time we checked in till we checked out was helping us out in everything as she only knows English. She made our stay wonderful and helped us in reaching all good places . She is your best staff and deserves high promotions , very friendly and due to her , if we come to Beijing , will stay in your hotel . Also will recommend your hotel to others , only thing as lot of Indians i saw in your hotel , your breakfast should have some vegeterian dishes..

Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Worldtravellercouple Comfortable facilities and good value for money
Excellent facilities, starting from clean and well maintained rooms and bathrooms. I spent 7 nights in this hotel in Beijing, and I was not disappointed by the Holiday Inn Express brand, which I knew from other experiences.
One should not expect luxury, or porters carrying the luggage. In this brand, as the name indicates, it is an "Express" hotel. But, the quality of the rooms and facilities is well up to date and are very clean and comfortable. And in terms of service, you have all you need.
Although most employees are not fluent in English, at the front desk they put in place an interesting mix, with young and cheerful clerks, supervised by a perfectly fluent person who would come to help and support at any sign of difficulty. I was 100% satisfied with the assistance of the front desk for booking tours, taxis, general information and directions.
The down side of the hotel is the location. It is short and walking distance from the Temple of Heaven, one of the main attractions in Beijing, but a good 20 min walk to the closest metro station.
Breakfast is included in the price, unlike most hotels in China, which is a plus. The quality of the food is very good, however, westerners would face some difficulty with the food style and choices, which is more asian style. Nevertheless I could manage well in picking what suited my taste.

Neither the taste nor variety is satisfying. The location is pretty far away from main shopping malls..

Everything went well until the checkout time. The trainee who processed my checkin also processed my checkout. He did two wrong things. First, he issued me an invoice receipt for the amount of two days' stay while I stayed only one day. Secondly, he neglected to input my Priority Membership number when he already wrote it down upon my checkin.

位置离天坛比较近。门口马路比较乱,周围环境一般。吃快餐比较方便,有多种选择。交通一般,出门打车,离地铁有一段距离。

Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Tedl Room experience and Complimentary Breakfast
Room experience should have been excellent if not for the too warm temperature at night. It is not restful to sleep when it is warm. Otherwise every aspect of our stay was very good.
The breakfast hour is scheduled to start at 6:00 or 6:30 AM. However the kitchen staff only start bringing food out at the above hours and guests are made to wait. When breakfast is included, the doors open at the designated hour and all the food items should be already in place and a waiter/waitress welcomes you to the room.

Everything was great; location, cleanliness, good value for the money. More English speaking front desk staff would be helpful.
