Staff were willing to go extra mile to help and make our stay comfortable. They have arrangement where we can park our luggage if we had to check out and our flights are late in the evening. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service and value for money what an excellent hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, room and the hotel were very clean,was very surprised that breakfast was served from 3am which was great for us as we had to be at the airport for 5am, shame we only had a one night stay! will certainly stay here again and have already recommended it to family and friends, great value for the money May 12, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel let down by rules We were welcomed by very attentive staff and given a room very close to the entrance which was great due to my wife's mobility issues. Sadly, the whole stay was marred by the taxi firm that the hotel 'contacts' to ferry their guests. They were called at 10.30pm for our return to the hotel but, after more than ten calls, collected us after 12.30pm. A call to the hotel front desk to ask for an alternative was met with the response that they couldn't give me an alternative - absolutely disgusted. May 11, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by NEC stay Lovely clean smart hotel. The first person we met was Gemma, who seemed to be our personal aide for the weekend. She made my daughters day with a bottle of wine for her birthday. And finding me taxi's to accommodate my wheelchair. Room was comfortable and clean with blackout curtains. Breakfast was plentiful although only four hot items. Would use this hotel again if attending the NEC May 11, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Excellence spoiled by Contract Such a warm welcome suggested an excellent weekend stay. The room was clean and comfortable with easy access which was much appreciated as my wife cannot walk far. Unfortunately it was very nearly all undone by the taxi firm that was recommended to us. The outward journey was fine (if a little rapid) but, for the return, I called at 10.30pm and, after 8 phone calls (1 car broke down, 1 claimed to have picked us up) the third car arrived at the dimly lit pick-up point at nearly 12.30pm. While this is not the fault of the hotel, when I called reception to ask for an alternative firm I was told that they had a contract with this firm and would not give me another number. Had my wife been on her own, would they have done the same?? We eventually arrived back at the hotel rather chilled at around 12.40pm. Why can there not be an alternative? May 10, 2016
