HAD TO DO BUSINESS IN BRAINTREE AND QUINCY. HOTEL LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT; STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL!
CLEANING STAFF DID AN IMPECCABLE JOB CLEANING MY ROOM FOR THE 2 NIGHTS I STAYED.

I arrived at the hotel in the wee hours of the morning and was definitely ready to relax and hit the sheets. Mike at the front desk was very courteous, and check in was quick and painless. Also, I had a few special requests and Mike was more than accommodating. I most certainly would recommend this location to anyone traveling in, or near, the Braintree area.

I was extremely disappointed with this "inn" for the price of the room. The room was tight. The toilet/tub room was tiny, the sink area was in the room, the air-conditioning unit did not work sufficiently. The beds were comfortable though. My husband took advantage of the free breakfasts and said they were adequate.

I am still fighting a hotel bill with an unauthorized charge.
First the credit card charges are not the same as the printed bill at check out.
I stayed additional nights in the same room. When I extended my stay online, I got a new confirmation number. Accounting could not or can not figure out this was not an addition room.
Tried talking several times to some one in accounting , lots of luck. Double check your bills or better yet never stay here.

The staff were very helpful from the time I called to ask about the location. It was our first time in Boston and wanted to be near the subway. Although the hotel is not near a station, it offers free shuttle service to the Quincy Adams station. However, getting back to hotel presents a problem when coming in late. There is taxi service at the Braintree station and it cost approx $11. Considering the difference in price to the hotels in Boston, the hotel is not bad.

My family and I spent two nights in Braintree recently. We have an exchange student staying with us this year and we wanted to show her the historic sights of Boston and also go to Walden Pond. This hotel was very convenient and also provided a free shuttle to the train to Boston. We felt relaxed and comfortable at the hotel, and the staff answered our questions in a friendly way. The breakfast was fine, although a bit heavy on the carbohydrates. We were impressed by the way the breakfast room staff kept the area clean and kept replenishing the food so that it was plentiful and looked appealing. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

When we come to the South Shore to visit friends, we stay at this hotel. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly; the rooms are comfortable and it's nice to have the small fridge in the room. We were returning from the Cape and had some perishables that needed refrigeration, so this was convenient.
I do wish that there was a pool on the premises; we had time before meeting our friends and it would have been nice to go for a swim.
We are from the Boston area, so we did not need to go sightseeing.
I would recommend this location.
