I have worked myself as a Guest relations Manager in the past.I was very disappointed during the breakfast,it was a chaos and didn't have enough pastries.I waited for croissants and was told they are in the over but never arrived.
Fruit was missing,and it was very hot in the lobby area.They had air conditioning system but wasn't working properly.Hotel management need to make arrangements for proper ventilation system in the bar/lobby area.
In addition to this, i was very pleased in the comfort of check in. We booked 4 rooms together and arrived around 1am, i had called the reception 2 hours before that we will be around 1am.When we arrived receptionist was very friendly and he had everything ready for us and we were in the room with in 3-4 minutes of arriving at the hotel.I dont know his name i think his name was Ian(if am not wrong,usually works in the kitchen).

Nach meiner Meinung sollten die Mängel in den Zimmern schneller beseitigt werden.
z.B. defekte Möbel oder stark verschmutzte Teppiche.

People talking during the night outside in the smoking area prevented me having a good nights sleep.
