Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Winter Storm Orion Stayed at this hotel for business and had planned on checking out on the 3rd day however Winter Storm Orion kept me from leaving. The staff was very accommodating and I was able to extend my stay without issue. Very nice hotel, my room was great (helps to be a gold Holiday Inn member) and I was completely comfortable. Kudos to the staff and housekeeping and whoever bakes those wonderful cookies that are available in the evening! 12. Februar 2014

The HI Express is very convenient and only a 3 minute drive to the rental car return. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with my special requests. I would definitely stay there again. 2. Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Nice Place To Stay The Night Before A Flight Stayed here before an early morning flight out of BUF. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The van to the airport is great and a really quick trip. Only down side is that there are not alot of restaurants to choose from close by. I had my rental car so was able to get out and eat and then dropped it off and the van came over and picked me up. 31. Januar 2014
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Great Nights Sleep After countless delays and canceled flights due to weather I finally made it to Buffalo at 4am. I happened to have a room reserved at this hotel. I called and the shuttle was dispatched immediately. Checking into my room was effortless. One of the reasons I like staying at this particular location is the rooms are new and spotless. The beds are incredibly comfortable and boy did I need to get some rest. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. The only problem I encountered was housekeeping waking me up at 9am. I know they have a job to do, but they were loud and pounded on my door. 11. Januar 2014
Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Nice hotel but NOISY I'm sure our stay would have been nearly perfect had we not been given room 303. Its the furthest room you can traipse to and for what? To be beside a hotel supplies room. This supply room door started opening and closing at the crack of dawn without ceasing every 3 seconds (not a joke I timed it) and did not stop until my 2pm Platinum checkout. Heavy construction in the room above and housekeeping banging on the door twice made for an unpleasant experience. 21. Dezember 2013
Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Poor TV experiences I have stayed at this property approximately 2 times over the past 6 months finding this hotel's TV signal receiving equipment lacking BIG time. My stays are for two nights and in both cases a large percentage of available channels were not working. Traveling as I do when in my room I need top notch service, both with TV reception and internet. The internet service is good but the TV IS TERRIBLE! 15. Dezember 2013
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Bed Comfort I've been a regular vidsitor to this location since they opened the doors. it is on of my favorite locations. The majority of the satff know me by name and treat me wonderful. The one thing I noticed from the start was how comfortable the beds were. Then they started to cover the mattrass with a platic cover. It was not nearly as comfortable after that. last week I noticed that the cover had been removed and the bed was back to it's wonderful condition. A great night's sleep!As like all of the other Express locations: They need to come up with a new breakfast menu, or at least change it up on occasion. Most of the time I either skip breakfast or just have a muffin and coffee. Maybe donuts instead of the ciminon buns once in a while. This location continues to be one of my favorites. I find myself cleaning up the room in the morning so the maid won't be upset with me due to her knowing who I am! IHG needs to bring back the "Blue ribbon acknowledgement "for the employees. 9.
