Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
It was an experience in a life time at Holiday Inn Express Mulheim. After paying in advance for my 3 night stay - when i arrived after a full day travel at midnight - I was informed that my room was allocated to someone else. The manager has clearly decided to make some extra money to cash in on the messe crowd.
I was bundled into a small motel after one hour of argument and settled into an uncomfortable night with no facilities and could even iron my cloths for next day. I dont know how IHG management could allow something like to happen. Throw out a gold member who has paid in advance.
To add to that - after checking in back the next day; i was surprised that at night 2 AM someone was trying to open my room and when i talked to them ; realized that reception has made a mistake.
I think the management of this property really needs to be looked into and they were blaming it in a system issue ( how funny !!! )

Gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Haben nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig.
Matratzen waren für uns persönlich nicht sehr bequem.
Frühstück für diesen Preis akzeptabel.
