what a pleasant surprise to find such a quality motel in the quaint town of Crystal River. My room was clean, comfy and quiet.
Your staff was very helpful and the location of your motel was near "all" the action.
You will definetely see me again!

we have stayed at this hotel several times on our way down and back to port charlotte florida. we get greeted like we never left. the cleanliness and comfort is great and the whole staff is wonderful. there always their to get you whatever you need. i enjoy the pool and the outdoor area's. we recommend this hotel highly.

Had an enjoyable weekend with friends. Found the entire staff inviting and ready to accommodate our every need. Rooms have all the amenities, the constant coffee and tea, and th.e breakfast room well appointed and comfortable. Be sure to go to breakfast and meet Mary. She is efficient and a delight.

This was a wonderful hotel with excellent staff. Swimming with the Manatee was life changing. I highly recommend you try it and stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

Our room was on the first floor. It was quiet and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good and the coffee was always hot. Room was clean and updated.
The hotel is at a good location to get to Crystal River and all the tours -- especially swimming with the Manatees.

Within minutes of approching the front desk I liked this hotel. I felt Inram's (the man behind the desk) main goal was to make my stay enjoyable. He gave my wife and I a nice quiet room on the 4th flloor and offered to work on a reservation problem I had for a future stay at his hotel that was setup with the HIE 800#. The room was very well layed out, The beds were extremely comfortable with an abundance of firm and soft pillows on the bed. The flat screen TV worked perfectly. The breakfast very good and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our two day stay.
When we returned after a two day trip south Inram had solved my reservation problem perfectly and we ejoyed another 3 days at the hotel.

Always great service even when I have had to book at the last minute or change my stay dates around.
Appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the hotel.
