Restaurants require driving depending on your food tastes however they may have a delivery service from various restaurants. We drove to Anthony's Brick Oven New York Style Pizza a few miles away. 10. Dezember 2014

Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by They emptied my room I had a reservation terminating on Monday, 12/1. On the evening of 11/30 I stopped at the desk and requested to extend my stay by 2 days, checking out on 12/3. The desk clerk said that was fine, and that I should return in the morning, if i remembered, to sign some paper. The following morning, leaving for site work, I forgot to stop. they removed my belongings from my room, informing me AFTER the fact by calling me at 3:30pm. They insisted my reservation was over, they had no phone number to reach me until they found it on a receipt in my room. they ignored my Elite Gold membership, which had all of my contact info. They had no record of my extension. Upon my insisting I was staying, they promised to return my belongings to my room. When I returned to the hotel after a long work day several hours later, my belongings were still at the front desk. noone had contacted me. one of my suitcases was unzipped with dirty clothes hanging out. My medical sleep device was in a garbage bag, along with a salad i had left in the refrigerator. Sensitive electronic equipment I had left in the room to keep safe had been tossed in the bottom of a suitcase along with all of my other belongings. They informed me they had sold my room. When I complained, and said I would go elsewhere, they suddenly found a room for me. Understandably upset, I was told the manager would call me the next day when he came in. He never called. My office called corporate 2 separate times the following day. IHG contacted the hotel and said the GM would contact my office staff. he finally did call my office several hours later, and proceeded to explain why this was all MY fault, not theirs. He claimed they tried to reach us before removing the belongings (they hadn't). He then claimed they had no phone number for us (they did). he claimed we had no reservation after the 1st. he claimed hotel staff waited until 5pm to remove the belongings. he claimed the suitcases were packed and handled with care and told my partner that I was wrong when I described the condition of my belongings. he insisted nothing was put into a garbage bag. Mysteriously, that garbage bag disappeared from my room before I got back from work that day. When my partner insisted that he needed to recompense us for the shoddy treatment, and she said we would refuse to use IHG hotels ever again if this wasn't addressed, the GM said he would contact Guest Relations and get back to us. he comped us 1 night, and only after I personally went to see him (my 3rd attempt to speak with him in person). he refused to issue an apology. He was arrogant, condescending and rude to myself and my business partner. My business partner spoke with IHG who offered us 15,000 points on our rewards account. This won't even pay for one night. I will never stay in this hotel again, and may avoid all IHG hotels for the foreseeable future. 4. Dezember 2014
