How come, you keep this feedback channel in english - Dortmund is a german location, is it not?
I am Managing Director of Staszewski Beratung. We earn our money with consulting and training services.
Rate was fairly high, credit card was booked days before my arrival, Check in was straight forward rude!!
I was given a smokers room - even I requested a non smoker. Had to go down again to get things as requested.
Morning Coffee was disgusting (Kaffee Creme / Espresso).
This is not the international Holiday Inn Express Standard.
Spend 3 Days, booked through the Holiday Inn Website because of customers idea.
Never again!!

Great service from the staff, clean room and all done with a smile and a thank you. If you stop here try Verto the Italian behind the hotel. Food was awesome.
