Total good service specially the staff.
my room had bad smell (because of renovation/painting) the reception has resolve this by changing the room.
Internet in general was little slow.
Breakfast was very nice.

The staff here are very nice an willing but are let down by the overall look and feel within the hotel.
It needs a re-fresh to bring up-to-date in so many areas from the state of the shower to the quality of breakfast.
The gym equipment was mostly broken and a/c was an open window.
Generally they need to design the space with a little less Brown colour being used.

I'm a regular customer here. I come every 2-3 month for a week. I'm a platinum member 727566388 also @ IHG group.
However, this time, they did the following;
1. Having Dinner @ the BAR (GND FLOOR); they refused to make it credit during check out to pay and they insist, I pay it now.
2. They mixed up my name and my guest + they cancel all info. registered. So, we had to fill it all up again. Which make it very bad and delayed our check out for almost 30min.
I was really shocked on the way it was handled, where we did give all our info. correctly to the reception during check-in and still we had to everything again during check-out.
