Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by EXCELLENT VALUE As a HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS property this is good value for money, especially with the free breakfast. Seasonal prices can be suprisingly good. Checkin was fast and efficient and staff very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and bright, and the recently upgraded LED TV's are nice. Comfortable bed and room, with complimentary water and newspaper for PC members was appreciated. Nice location for Safa Park access. 15 minutes to Trade Center. 7. Mai 2013

Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Worth every penny We stayed in this hotel for almost a week and have booked 2 rooms. Our flight arrived in Dubai a bit early and went to the hotel straight away. The hotel staff was able to accommodate us and was able to check in around 9am, later around noon time, we got the other room. The following day, after the room (which has a connecting room) became vacant, they immediately gave it to us since this was our initial preference as we have kids with us. The breakfast which comes in complimentary was also good. The hotel also provides shuttle service to Dubai Mall and Jumeirah beach which is a major plus. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Dubai and do not want to waste a fortune on hotel bills, as I've said it's worth every penny. Metro is near and taxi's are always available. Special thanks to Linda and Zeeshan at the frontdesk for being always ready to assist us on all of our request. The hotel security was also very courteous. On a final note, priority reward members are indeed given priority so make sure to present your card during check-in. 20. April 2013

But if you look at most comments on value hotels in good locations, there's always a compromise I will recommend this property to all…see you on my next visit many thanks for Mr. Sheta for his professional way concerning the issue of my flight booking and so sorry if i give you hard time during the check in 16. Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by WIFI, Irons and poor room, poor service I have stayed here many times in the past but this will be my last, the hotel was very poor I checked out early and moved to another hotel. The internet was very poor low speed and kept cutting out it was impossible to work with, I told reception and they sent a man around to fix it but the problem persisted for 3 days. First night I was promised an iron would be brought to my room I chased it for 2 hours and they kept promising me but no iron was ever brought as they said they had run out and for two days I had to wear crinkled clothes for meetings. How much can it cost to put and iron in every room honestly! Two days I travelled and needed taxis to the airport early in the morning so I asked the hotel to book me them and neither turned up because they didn’t bother to book them! I ended up taking a private limousine service at twice the price so I could make my flights. Room was grubby and the shower was held together by sealant tape and didn't work well just ran down the wall, the wardrobe propped up with wooded wedges to stop it tipping up and the carpet was dirty. I feel sorry for the good staff like Bakr and Mohamed (duty managers) who do so much to make you feel welcome but the hotel is let down by poor investment up keep and training – like many reviews it’s a good location and thats why I stayed in it. It's a shame i enjoyed staying at the hotel in the past. 5. April 2013
