Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by A comfortable stay in El Centro I had been looking for a reasonable place to stay whilst working in Mexicali, reception staff are friendly enough with check-in efficient. Breakfast selection good but if you want better there is an IHOP just down the road. Overall a great experience, well done. 24. Februar 2014
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Great stop!!! We booked the HIXPS El Centro because it was perfectly located for us that particular night. We found it to be well above average, and the guest service people to be most helpful in every way. The motel is newer, clean, well-decorated. The room was first class. The breakfast the next morning was also well above average. Highly recommended!!! 23. Februar 2014
Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Business center? Nice hotel for the area, conveniently located for my visits. Have stayed at other hotels nearby and another Holiday Inn a few miles away. This is by far the best choice for me. However for the first time I needed to print some documents for work. The "business center" is a computer and printer in the lobby. No Office software. If you want to print anything other than boarding passes from a website, you can not. Go to the front desk with a flash drive and they are very accommodating but still not acceptable when you are on a deadline and it takes some time to determine that the "business center" does not have basic business software capability. Will I stay here again? Yes, because there is no other good choice but I will plan so that I do not have to rely on the hotel "business center". 1. Februar 2014
Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by in 20 plus years of staying at Holiday inn one of my worst nights The TV did not work, the A/C on it last leg making strange sounds all night long, the bathroom fan sound like jet engine, the breakfast bar was badly pick over with no orange juice but in looking around found three employees in the kitchen talking, when I told the front desk was told they had made note of the problem and if I came back, my third visit in little over a year, they would do something - as I was told the hotel is sold out most very week night it looks like they could care less about Priority Club members coming back plus after telling them my problems contacting me. Will be back in the fall but am not sure I will stay here again 29. Januar 2014

Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Not the best Hostess was a bit snappy and talked way to fast. Toliet seat loose, call for service and no one responded. Did not feel welcome as an IHC member. I will give them another chance due to i like the reward points, then we will see if I return a 3rd time or not. 18. November 2013
Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Room had issues This was a handicapped room and needs maintenance. Noisy, due to trucks leaving their engines running, at the Motel across the street. If you didn't need a hand held shower, there was no way to attach handle so you didn't have to hold it, bracket was broken. Mattress was lumpy and springs popped. Toilet did not flush consistently. We've stayed at this property many times and were surprised to find these issues, but we never had a handicapped room before. Motel was full, so no other rooms would be available, and we didn't notice the shower till the next morning. I notified the desk clerk upon checking out, of the problems with the room, and she said she'd report them. A waste of points, but I'm still recommending this property based on previous visits. 16.
