The Staff was extremely helpful. A very clean place! Staff placed breakfast in bag since we had a very early start in the morning. Great Service! Thank you!

Two things that made this stay in El Centro in mid-June not so bad. Also, the exercise room is decent but could use some improvement.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was very well kept. I enjoyed my stay at El Centro and when I return for business I plan on staying at the Holiday Inn Express because they have top notch employees and they know what they are doing and they know the meaning of customer service..... very friendly and I highly recommend anyone passing through, coming to town for business or for any other reason to stay here. It was the best hotel stay I've had in a long time....and I travel a lot.

Other then the same old Holliday Inn breakfast and the Bad location the over all hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

OVERALL THIS IS A GOOD HOTEL, AND THE BEDS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE. HOWEVER, WHEN I BROUGHT A PROBLEM TO THEIR ATTENTION ( THE SHEETS ON THE BED WERE WET) THEY TOOK 30 MINUTES TO RESPOND. THEY HAD NO HOUSEKEEPERS ON DUTY IN THE EVENING, AND THE REPAIRMAN HAD TO DO IT. HE DID AN OK JOB. HE SUGGESTED THAT I ASK FOR A DISCOUNT. I TOLD THE GUEST SERVICES PERSON AT THE DESK, BUT THEY DID NOT OFFER ME A DISCOUNT. I DID NOT DIRECTLY ASK FOR ONE, BUT I FEEL THEY SHOULD HAVE OFFERED ON THEIR OWN. I AM A FREQUENT CUSTOMER AT THIS HOTEL, AND I EXPECTED BETTER SERVICE. ALSO, WE WERE NOT ABLE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. THE ONLY "SPECIAL" SERVICE I GOT FOR BEING A MEMBER WAS 3 BOTTLES OF WATER.
