Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service, Thank you Staff. Our stay was post cruise for two days. We cannot believe the service from the hotel front desk reception. Marie is a amazing employee, always helpful, efficient and professional. I am not sure how she juggles all of the guests leaving and arriving on up to seven ships in port. Great location close to the port and very easy to walk to the water taxi and local shops, if not a short taxi. Older, but updated, very clean. I also want to mention Vernita for her great assistance and help. The shuttle to the airport was prompt, the driver was so kind, we felt very lucky to have such great customer service. It might not be a new high end hotel, but, very adequate pre or post cruise. February 2, 2016

Lauderdale. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area. January 30, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Still waiting for my refund that I was promised My husband and I booked a night (2 months in advance) to stay at this hotel before going on our cruise. After a long flight from Seattle, we showed up and they told us that they did not have a room with a King size bed available (that I already reserved and paid for). Since I didn't have time to find another place to stay we stayed here...my husband and I sleeping in separate beds because they only had rooms with 2 twin beds available. THEY GAVE AWAY THE ROOM I PAID FOR TO SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE I GOT THERE!! (that's what the front counter clerk told us anyway)They offered to give me a partial refund since the room we were getting was cheaper. I took it and went to bed....that was a month ago. I still do NOT have my refund. I have called several times with a response that someone will call me back. Nope, no call. Oh, and not only did they do this to us...they also did it to my parents who booked the same room as me and were going on the same cruise!!! They also did not get their refund like they said. We both have inquiries on our credit cards so it can finally be resolved since we have receipts stating we would get a refund. but hey, the breakfast was good at least. January 30, 2016
