Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Tired They started out giving us a double bed instead of single king like I had requested. They did remedy this one right away. Shower had a screw falling out of handle that prevented it from shutting off,and mold growing in the handle. Tv did not work. The refrigerator was unplugged when we arrived. When we plugged it in we discovered it was so noisy you could not sleep. So we kept it unplugged. The be was way too soft. It was very late when we arrived and we had a long drive the next day so we just ignored the problems and went to sleep. When I mentioned the problems the next morning on the way out the guy at the counter could not even be bothered to look up from his monitor to respond. 23. Januar 2015
Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by not the quaility I expect from IHG Hotels The person at the front desk was not friendly and was a little rude. The carpet in the room had been patched in several places. The water in the toilet keep running and I had to take the lid off and push the rubber stopper down to get it to stop running. The room was large and the bath counter outside the bath room was large, new and very nice. This was the first hotel and/or motel that refused to put my ice packs in their freezer. 23. Januar 2015
Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Poor Management Attitude/Dirty Room I have stayed at this hotel for several months and typically have had a clean room and good service at the front desk. However my last stay on January 14th will be my last as not only was my room dirty but the staff at the front desk when I checked out was very rude and insulting. When I asked to speak to a manager the lady that come out was obviously not the general manager that I had asked to speak with as a GM would not have been as insulting as she was to a guest. The carpet in the room was stained from a spill from the mini-fridge that was not cleaned up and the smell from the room gave me a sinus headache that took two days to get over. While this is a very convenient location fortunately I have other hotel memberships that provide points and treat guest better than this latest front desk staff and "manager". If you stay at this hotel I hope you have a better experience than I did. 19. Januar 2015

Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Not Typical of Past Holiday Inn Express Experiences We choose Holiday Inn Express when we travel due to their locations, and the fact that everything is pretty predictable - clean rooms, friendly employees, and a warm breakfasat. Our visit this time was not typical. The room was somewhat outdated but clean. It was located just off to the left of the elevator, where we could hear people getting on and off the elevator, along with filling their ice buckets throughout the evening. The hallway music played through the night. After a not so restful evening, we thought we would have a hot breakfast prior to traveling to our final destination. Unfortunately, the hot breakfast wasn't being served until 7 am but we made due with other choices. As we approached the front desk to turn in our keys, we obviously interrupted the clerks personal call, and he was not very friendly toward us as we departed. 15. Januar 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by A Blessing After staying at the Murfreeborough Holiday Inn Express the night before and being very disappointed the stay at Gainesville was a blessing. The staff was friendly and helpful, the accommodations were clean, and in very good condition and well appointed and warm. The only concern was that the breakfast was very light and did not have much variety. 14. Januar 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Hot Spot This hotel is great for the area with comfortable rooms and a good start to your day with a great selection of breakfast food(not just a donut and cup of coffee). However, the breakfast room is a bit small and there was no seating when I went down for breakfast.. had to sit in the lobby. 8. Januar 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Complimentary breakfast There were so many guest using breakfast facility that people were sitting in the lobby, as well as, some people standing. Since I had 2 children with me I decided to go elsewhere, so that, they could sit to eat. This cost me additional money as I thought we would be able to eat at the hotel. 8. Januar 2015
