Gostaria de solicitar a colocação de camas com espuma e não com mola, pois as molas já estão muito usadas e a internet é muito lenta e perde conexão facilmente.

On my last stay, on checkout I've been informed that I've already checkedout and paid, I've in formed them I've not, ones they've looked in too it. Found that someone els has been charged and billed for my stay incorrectly, staff (Amy) billed the wrong person, they would have never known of it if I didn't mentioned it, at the same time she over charged a guest whiles I was sorting out there mistake.. So a word of warning make sure your not being charged for some els stay and double check bank statements..
Very poor service..
