I've stayed here several times at the start of the year, it being local to a customer which was so handy for that.
The rooms are comfortable, the staff welcoming and PC members get recognition - typically either free wifi or a free drink on the night of arrival - a nice touch. Also plenty of parking onsite, which is free.
Downside? The water out of the taps was never quite hot enough for a shave (for me, anyway). I've put this down to the use of those 'safety' vlaves that mix hot/cold water.
Also, one particular member of staff seemed oblivious to PC membership, but did get better towards the end of my stint of stays. The hotel is very new, so I put this down to the learning curve.

A very neat and well decorated hotel.
Though the hotel parking is limited to a few vehicles, the arrangement with the multi-storey car-park behind the hotel is excellent.
So parking should not be a problem.

Arrived at 10 PM with a group of 7 colleagues on a business trip. Staff in reception and bar were very helpful and kind. Check in and check out were quick and hassle free. Good variety of breakfast options and staff also very helpful.
Overall excellent value for money.
Would definetely stay here again for meetings in central Harlow.

I stayed here as went away for Birthday, hotel is in a good location close to all the shops / gym / leisure centre / takeways etc...
Rooms - Very clean, good space, good water pressure (excellent shower)
Staff - very friendly, new hotel so everyone delivering excellent service, friendly chatty,
Food - Nice selection and breakfast, all very nice for Express. Hotel offered evening meals but a bit expensive so ordered in takeaway - staff kindly sorted out plates and cutlery.
Parking- Nice onsite car park, this was free even though website there was a charge so that was a nice surprise
Wifi - Free wifi during stay, worked well, quick lasted 24 hours at a time.

I was pleasantly surprised by how modern and clean the hotel was. The bathroom was lovely and had a huge shower big enough for two. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was average. I was given an early check-in and late check-out no problem. The only thing that I would have liked was free wifi. I was told that I would have to upgrade my priority membership in order to receive it but I didn't actually remember that I was a priority customer until I asked for wifi, I thought it was free for all guests. All in all definitely good value for money.

This was a great experience from the welcome to the service on leaving. Only one small criticism the evening menu is quite limited.

I have used this hotel since it opened last October and have seen the level of service and the collaboration of the team go from good to excellent.
The hotel Manager, Viktoria, has worked hard to develop a strong team who are totally customer focused. It is a pleasure to stay here.
There is just one downside and that is the small car park that quickly fills up, but there is an NCP immediately behind the hotel and you can pay the current overnight fee of £3.00 at the hotel reception.

We needed a room prior to my wife's early flight to Rome from Stanstead (hence no breakfast rating). We were greeted warmly, given help with parking and we enjoyed a meal from the kitchen. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable and we slept well. We did asoming so it was a good job we set our own alarm! Apart from that, a super stay.
