I have been staying for last 5 weeks here on a business trip and I had enough with this hotel staff. I have been staying at various IHG properties across the US and this is the only hotel that is trying to cut corners to save some money. I tell every week while check in that I am a vegetarian and I only get oat meal for breakfast here. So I request every week to turn on pan cake machine in the breakfast lounge. But they only turned on this machine for 3 or 4 times in the last 5 weeks. The hotel manager is also very rude person and she needs some training on how to treat customers and especially Rewards Club members.

Room was clean, staff accommodating, nice breakfast area with enough options to allow people with allergies to find something suitable to eat.

I have stayed at this hotel often. Management has done well in bring it up to average standards.
Three areas of concern:
1... absolutely no acknowledgment or rewards given to be a club member.... nothing
2..... over charged for the final night of our stay, a Tuesday... not as quoted on online reservation... staff could not have cared less... no reply yet from site management with at least an explanation
3..... Private lessons at the pool... as a paying guest, I was only allowed to use 1/3 of the pool as it was roped off . and this is NOT a large pool... insulting and totally unacceptable. If the hotel is going to allow private lessons... not sure they were even registered guest.... it would be respectful of them to let us know or make online booking aware of this policy.
