My one and only concern is the fact that there was no backup toilet paper and no Kleenex. With that, the room did not meet my needs, plus there was no offer to modify or refund a portion of the charge for the room based on the inconvenience.

Excellent location for my purpose of being in Jackson.Nice and friendly-helpful service. Breakfast was fine and varied.

I certainly recommend this hotel. My only reservation is re: the pillows. It is a matter of opinion but in mine the pillows are horrific. They are way too fat and I could not squish them enough to make them comfortable. Get some flatter pillows! Otherwise, a fair price for a great room. Good location for all the area's attractions.

When I returned home I noticed a billing mistake to my credit card. I made contact with the owner and the issue was resolved immediately without any problems and rec'd priority points for the inconvenience.

Really enjoyed this quick stop on way to skiing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Kids loved the breakfast.

This was our second stay and once again the room was clean and comfortable. I made a request to look out the back side of the hotel so not to have to look at the shopping center across the road and they accomodated my request with no questions asked. Front desk staff, Susan, and other staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again on our next visit to the area.
