Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good experience this time I have stayed at this specific hotel several times in the past several months and have noticed a downturn in room cleanliness, and an overall complacency of the staff. It started when I was not greeted as an Spire Elite rewards member. The clerk finally noticed and said she would upgrade me to a suite room but upon check out I noticed I was also charged the suite price too. I went to the room and noticed some trash around the room, on the floor, used plastic utensils next to the bed, some food containers in the refrigerator etc... At 7h15am the hot breakfast items section was empty as well as the fresh fruit section. No one in the kitchen area. A military serviceman when to the front desk to point out the issue. When I left at 7:35am, no one had showed up. Very slow internet service that constantly disconnect. June 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, friendly staff, definite recommnedation Overall, James the front desk clerk was able to show off his excellent customer service skills from the moment we walked in the door. As we were checking he was very attentive, asking about our plans.Once he found out we were on vacation he went straight into promoting our stay with Holiday inn Express. Asking if he can talk us into staying an extra night because of all of the events that were happening this particular weekend. The rooms were a little stuffy upon entering but I associate that with being closed up and the a/c at a higher temperature. After all, this is Florida so we know the sun and heat can make it very yucky. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very attentive making sure that everything remained fresh and plentiful. The beds were so comfortable. We travel with 2 teenagers and if they aren't complaining (and have the internet) it a GREAT time. We will definitely stay here again in the very near future and will recommend it to our friends as well. Thank you, Holiday Inn Express, for making your establishment a little home away from home for our family. June 2, 2016
