We had a unique experience while staying at your hotel. Our cruise was delayed because of fog and we had to stay in the hotel lobby most of the day with other guests that were scheduled on the same Carnival cruise.
Your employee, Amanda, exceeded our expectations for service and efficiency. She was alone most of the afternoon but remained in control and accommodated everyone.....with a smile. This was an unusual situation but it is good to know that she remained calm and in control at all times.

We checked in okay but got to our room (230) and noticed a large purple stain on the wall between our door and the window. The bathroom had poor quality water which made it hard to wash soap off especially since the shower head was suffering with calcium buildup. The vent in the bathroom didn't work so you had to complete getting ready in the room. My wife wanted a cola so I searched for a vending machine in vain...the only beverages available were in the lobby in a cooler and the clerk had not had time to restock so all that was available was diet coke (in the morning she still had not had a chance to restock). We went to breakfast and following we used the common restroom. The partitions did not had the protective coating used in transit removed the trash had not been emptied and worst of all was they used room soap in the restroom, sorry I only share soap with family,,,,Never again
