Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Excellent helpful staff, clean rooms and great airport service! Flight got us in VERY late. Front desk folks were very helpful. Got us picked up from airport quickly and checked in super fast so we could get a few hours of sleep. Rooms clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Next morning staff helped us find a cab....once again very quickly! Next time I'm in area I will stay here again. Much larger cleaner rooms than the Holiday Inn JFK. 24. Juli 2014

Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Friendly counter folks but dirty room My wife and I stayed at the JFK Holiday Inn Express the weekend of July 18 2014. The folks at the front counter were very friendly but when we got to our room, it had a "non fresh smell" and the bed sheets were obviously from the previous resident. We called down to the front desk, and they quickly sent up a fresh set of sheets but the fact that we had to ask, was a disappointment. The breakfast was served from 5am-9am but when I arrived at 6:30AM they were out of fruit and pancakes (another disappointment) This was the worst experience, I've had at a Holiday Inn Express, but at least the people were friendly. 24. Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Worth the price We booked a double queen room but got in late and they upgraded us to two rooms for the price of one. King beds this time. Everything was perfect except we were at basement level and the noise was a little much for us. Otherwise they run a great hotel as far as we could tell! Value for $ for sure. Comfortable beds, delivery close by. Outstanding front office service. We would stay there again if needed to be in JFK airport area again. Thumbs up! 23. Juli 2014
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Great choice for people in transit We stayed one night on a 12 hour layover. This is an excellent choice for people in transit. The hotel is a well-oiled machine when dealing with travelers in transit. The check in was fast, they gave us information about food options, shuttle times, and breakfast, and then sent us on our way. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle is free and takes you right to your terminal in just a few minutes. A great experience overall. 19. Juli 2014

Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Dont Stay here The quality of service was very poor. The hotel had a power outage upon my arrival. The front desk staff was in total disarray. I arrived at the hotel roughly 10:30 pm after driving 7 hours. The hotel cancelled my reservation without noticed because they could not get an authorization from my card the day of my arrival So instead of calling to confirm if I was arriving late; they cancelled it. Mind you I am a priority club member. I was informed by the staff that this is their policy. I questioned, why would you try to get an authorization from my card in my file, what if I planned to use another card. He just kept saying it ways thier policy. I told Bryan that in my confirmation there was nothing stated about them doing it. Tiffany, another front desk staff member did not want really help with checking in that night do to it being very hectic so she walked away from the customers waiting to get helped to continue chatting with someone from her country and returned to only stand at the counter and not offer her help to anyone. Byran, was able to find me a room but it was one bed vs. two beds and I was traveling with my daughter. The room I was in was a very small corner room. Bryan tried make a REALLY bad situation better by discounting $50.00. I was ok with it. I requested something in writing from him; his computer was now having issues and Tiffany reluctantly helped. Bryan explained to her what needed to be done. Needless to say, she charged my card incorrectly. I was never informed that I needed a password to access the internet; once I was aware, I called from my room numerous times only to have the call be disconnected. I send my daughter downstairs to get the code while she is downstairs I decided to call again from the room and call from my cell, Bryan answers the line that my cell is coming in on. I am furious. The night manager was never on the property even though there was a sign that stated she was there. The crew that worked June 28, felt like it was the keystone cops. They were tripping all over each other. I understand things happen but this team did not have a plan in place to keep the customers calm and happy. 17. Juli 2014
