In the morning the staff could not keep up with breakfast demand of number of guest. They were out of everything and the staff were really rude when asked if there was more of something. She even stated that they did not prepare for the number of people eating because more people were eating than registered. I stay at holiday inn a lot an never seen a staff member so rude to guest. In her defense there were a lot of people and their should have probably been more working the breakfast area. The dinning area was a disaster and one of the main reason I stay at Holiday inns is for the breakfast and if this would have been my first experience with a holiday inn I would not stay again. However I knew this was not common for this franchise. On weekends their needs to be more staff working the breakfast especially so close to a theme park.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice. In fact, she knew who we were when we checked in. That was probably because it was almost 11:00 pm and we were probably the last people to check in that night. When we checked out the next morning, she was the same young lady that checked us in the night before. When I asked if she worked all night, she just said she worked an 8 hour shift.

Was driving through on I-64 and headed to this hotel as one of the only ones in the area. The hotel was a fair ways off the interstate.
